Sing alongs, Tour updates and big ups.

Yo party people in the place!
It’s a beautiful Friday morning and we are driving somewhere between Cincinnati and Kentucky - on our way to morning radio at WXMA to do a little acoustic lunchtime concert. I am in the back of the van (we’ve said farewell to the glamorous tour bus life with Andy Grammer and crew), and am feeling pretty stoked on life right now.

We started supporting matt nathanson (with the amazing bess rogers joining us) in Houston and have had such an incredible time meeting his fans and playing in beautiful theaters across the south and south east.

But the surprising added bonus has been the headlining shows we added in between to fill in his wild routing.
I truthfully was nervous to have my own shows after opening this whole year and didn’t know if anyone would really show up :) I remember Andy saying something similar to his fans - that headlining shows are like little kids birthday parties. Your mom buys the cake and the decorations and you have on the best frilly socks you can find but are scared no one will actually come. When they do….and when they come to your show with so much enthusiasm and love to give its absolutely amaazing.

The past couple of nights in Charlotte, Vienna and Columbus have been really special because you guys know the words to my songs!! It was my dream one day to have a room of people singing along with me to words I wrote and it’s happened this week and I am honestly so blown away and excited.

So… A huge thank you to all of you. From the bottomest of bottoms of my heart. And thank you to all of the new lovely fans of Andy’s, ryans and Matt’s that I’ve had the honor to play for the past 2 months. We are having the time of our lives and it’s all because of you.

Love love love!
