We had our first night off in three weeks last night and decided to cook! Here’s what we made - it was pretty yum!

- Salmon marinaded in teriyaki, white wine and olive oil then topped with crushed black pepper
- kale sautéed in red wine vinegar olive oil and garlic and onions
- black bean quinoa
- sweet potatoes cubed and baked with olive oil sea salt and some other stuff I forget about.
- old fashioneds (sorta) - makers and tangerines and a little honey
We got drunk and very full. Now back on the road heading to Pittsburgh! Hope to see you at a show soon.
